Day of Wedding Coordination

Have you planned the wedding of your dreams and want to make sure it all goes as planned? Our role includes overseeing your vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any unforeseen items on your wedding day. Let us execute all of your hard work and planning on the big day. You get to enjoy every moment and we will take care of the details.

Simplicity Package - begins about 3 months prior to wedding -$1000

2 In person meetings - one of which will be an initial meeting and the other will be the rehearsal
Unlimited contact via emails. Phone calls or video chats can be scheduled as well. We want to stay in touch!
Timeline creation and schedule.
Email check ins to update any new details that have been provided. We are a team in this!
Wedding party rehearsal - we will be there to coordinate and ensure the entire wedding party knows where to stand, sit, their ceremony tasks and are comfortable with it
Complete day of execution, any day of set up that needs to be done, and vendor coordination. We've got you!

Beyond Package - begins 6 months out - $1250

Up to 4 in person meetings - one of which will be the initial meeting and a second one will be the rehearsal. Others can be used for tastings, venue visits, vendor visits, dress shopping / fittings
Unlimited contact via emails. Phone calls or video chats can be scheduled as well. We want to stay in touch!
Timeline creation and schedule.
Email check ins to update any new details that have been provided. We are a team in this together!
Vendor, venue, specialty item recommendations and help with getting availability and price information
Wedding party rehearsal - we will be there to coordinate and ensure the entire wedding party knows where to stand, sit, their ceremony tasks and are comfortable with it
Complete day of execution, any day of set up that needs to be done, and vendor coordination. We've got you!
Assist with tear down after the party has started! I will begin to breakdown your decor and load items into designated vehicles.

Partial Planning Package - begins at the start of the planning process- $1,800

If you're pretty confident in your planning abilities, but just want someone to guide you along and make sure you're staying on track - then this package is for you!

Monthly meetings, making a to-do list for each month, and making sure you’re on track
Help keep track of budget, vendors, and contracts
